This policy explains how data is handled when you use ITC‑CRM, a service provided by İTC INTERNATIONAL TEKNOLOJİK CİHAZLAR VE BİLİŞİM SİSTEMLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

Data we process

• Account and company data, such as names, email addresses, staff records and permissions.
• Customer data entered by the subscribing company, such as contacts, conversations, opportunities, invoices and contracts.
• Integration data for services the company chooses to connect, including Meta page identifiers, WhatsApp Business accounts, phone numbers and message statuses.
• Technical and security logs needed to operate the service, protect it and diagnose faults.

How we use it

We use data to provide customer management and messaging features, to run the integrations the company requests, to protect accounts, to provide support and to improve the reliability of the service. We do not sell personal data.

Meta and WhatsApp

When a company chooses to connect Meta or WhatsApp, it grants the permissions through Meta's official tools. We use the authorised data only to operate the connection and messaging features inside that company's account. Meta services are also subject to the Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies.

Separation between companies, and security

The platform is built as a multi-company service with logical data separation per company account. Sensitive credentials are stored encrypted on the server and are never shown to unauthorised users.

Sharing and retention

We may process data through the hosting, connectivity and email providers required to deliver the service, and only to the extent necessary. We retain data for the lifetime of the account or as legal obligations require, after which we delete or anonymise it upon a valid request.
